Climate Smart Glacier Country has created a virtual Earth Month Calendar that lists opportunities for celebrating Earth Day in the Flathead throughout the month of April. It is filled with celebratory events sponsored by a variety of organizations in Flathead County (including FAS). Click here to view this Earth Month Calendar.
Columbia Falls and Kalispell have already passed Earth Day Proclamations. The proclamations encourage citizens, businesses, and institutions to take part in programs and activities to protect and sustain the community and planet. Whitefish is scheduled to adopt a similar resolution on April 5th.
