Urban Birding with Flathead Conservation District

By Jessie Walthers

Come explore our local birds with Flathead Conservation District and Flathead Audubon Society on Wednesday May 14th, at 10am at the Flathead Conservation District office, 133 Interstate Lane.

Backyards in urban and suburban areas can attract many bird species, if you provide a little habitat, such as native plants, shrubs with berries, pollinator-friendly species, or a bird feeder.

We’ll explore the Flathead Conservation District’s demonstration garden to discover what birds are visiting these native plant environments.
