Owen Sowerwine Spring Migrant Field Trip

Flathead Audubon Society is hosting a beginner’s bird walk at Owen Sowerwine Natural Area. Join us as we welcome some early spring migrating birds.  Led by FAS Vice President, Pam Willison, and FAS Education Coordinator, Jess Garby, this walk offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature and learn about the diverse avian species that inhabit the area. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars. If you need a loaner pair, please let us know in advance.  Whether you are a seasoned birder or just curious about the natural world, this walk will be both educational and enjoyable. 

Dress for the ever-changing Montana spring weather, as the walk will take place rain or shine. We look forward to sharing this delightful morning with fellow bird enthusiasts and nature lovers!
