Highlights from the November 4, 2024 Board of Directors Meeting

- Rod reviewed the 11/1/24 financial report which included the donations received from the Great Fish Community Challenge. The Board passed a motion to accept and approve.
- Denny has been busy with field trips and presentations and he’s beginning to organize his files and information for Jess Garby. Jess will assume her new duties in December.
- Glacier High School students will be helping once again with buckthorn mitigation in Owen Sowerwine.
- Both the Bigfork and Kalispell Christmas Bird Counts will be in December.
- Tours of the new United Way office space will be given after the general meeting in January. Office supplies are still needed if anyone would like to donate.

Mark your calendars for this year’s Wings Across the Big Sky Festival, the premier annual festival put on by Montana Audubon. This year’s festival will be held in Missoula, MT. Stay tuned for more information as we get close to the date.
