Please consider donating to Flathead Audubon through this fundraising campaign. If the donations directed to FAS total more $2000 or more, the Foundations will add another $1000. If we all pitch in , we can reach that goal!

During this time of Covid19 restrictions some of our traditional fund raising activities have had to be cancelled, but our operating expenses remain, as well as our need to support our education and conservation projects. Also in this difficult time we have come up with new ways to serve you, our members, and our larger Flathead community, with our new entertaining “Birds Rock!” video and online bird trivia games and daily nature notes. And we are working on more – several virtual field trips, and a video on why birds are in trouble, what we can do at home to help them, and the plant/insect/bird connection.

The 28 hour Day of Giving campaign begins on May 5 at 8 AM and concludes at noon on May 6.

Donations can be made by credit card on the Whitefish Foundation website. To go directly to the Flathead Audubon donation page click here.

Donations by check can be dropped off on May 5th and May 6th at any drive-up window of First Interstate Bank or Glacier Bank in Flathead County or Eureka, or the drive-up donation booths in front of Whitefish Community Foundation and Flathead Community Foundation offices. A donation form is available online at Donation Form, and also in the Daily Inter Lake April 28, May 2, and May 5, the Whitefish Pilot April 29, or at any drop-off location. Make checks payable to Whitefish Community Foundation. Be sure to designate Flathead Audubon on the form!

ALL gifts for Flathead Audubon are donated directly to the Whitefish Community Foundation and held in a designated fund for the Flathead Audubon, to be awarded as a grant at the conclusion of the campaign.

Put a reminder for May 5 in your phone or computer! Thank you for your support!
